There is always a lot going on in the classrooms at Trinity. With a classical education, something that is done regularly is live, hands-on experience. 有 "living history museums" in 2nd-6th grade. Students form companies, design a product, 申请贷款, manufacture a product and sell their product at the market. Students use their loan money to purchase supplies, rent storefront space, and pay for advertising. They keep track of all expenses and receipts, making sure they can account for all the loan money. Students decide how much to charge for their product so that they reach a goal of 100% profit. Grammar 学校 students come anxiously await the 数学市场 so they can bring money to 学校 and shop for treasures.
Seventh and eight grade both have annual 科学博览会, where students use their passions, imaginations and creativity to research and develop their subject and conduct their experiments. Various teachers judge the projects. Criteria are scientific thought and creativity, thoroughness, technical skill, clarity and teamwork. Students joyfully share their findings with passers-by. They are visited by grammar 学校 classes, many faculty and staff members, as well as parents.
